Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

 

Refunds

Should a participant decide to cancel or, the event being canceled due to force major, refund will be as follows:

• full refund: if the cancellation occurs 30days, or more, prior to the date of event (either cases),

• partial refund: if the cancellation occurs within 20+ days of start of event (participant’s cancellation),

• no refund: if a cancellation takes place less than a week before the event (participant’s cancellation).

No refund will be issued if a participant has been declared unfit to continue by the medical personnel at First Aid stations or, the time limit at specific points had been exceeded.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Registration details and/or payment options may NOT be transferred or exchanged with other athlete’s registration
